We Offer Housing At Our YWAM Base!

We love housing teams and individuals that are doing ministry or are involved in ministry around Boston. Whether you are staying for a night or a month, we would love to bless you with a place to stay less than 15 minutes from downtown Boston.

 FAQs

  • Yes we do provide food and kitchen usage at an additional cost

    If you would like to have meals with us, it is an additional $13 a day or $3 for breakfast, and $5 for lunches and dinners. 

    We also offer usage of our kitchen space for $25 dollars a day

  • Yes we do provide bedding. This is included in the flat rate of all bookings.

  • Yes, upon request we have meeting spaces that can be rented for use if available.

    We also have our prayer room open free of charge for

  • Yes! We have a rather large parking lot for the city of Somerville. We do ask for you to let us know how many and how big the vehicles you will be bringing are so we can make sure we can accommodate.

  • We’ve got you covered! We have one 11 passenger van that can be rented if we have the availability.

Housing Prices For Guests & Teams

We are currently charging $30 a night per person for a single bed in our dormitory style housing.

The cost for one of our private guest rooms is $50 per night.

If they would like to have meals with us, it is an additional $13 a day or $3 for breakfast, and $5 for lunches and dinners.
